- 1/2 kg Boneless fish fillet cut into strips
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp shahi jeera
- 1 tsp Ajwain seeds
- 1 tbsp Redchilli flakes
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup gram flout/besan
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- salt to taste
- oil for frying

- Coarsely Crush coriander seeds,shahi jeera,ajwain seeds and add to the Fish fillet strips.
- then add in Remaining ingredient mix well and marinate for 1/2 hr.
- Then fry them in until golden brown.
